Iggy is the newspaper man he showed the boy a newspaper with some weird things going on with the news paper 1 the title was wrong, 2 the picture was upside down, 3 it says Mayor's Wife Opens Garden Club Show but in the picture is a man,  4 the writing is all funny, 5 the date is wrong,  6 The weather says soup tomorrow. 

Iggy is trying to get the baseball card from him, but a news reporter called chrissy says that Iggy is not who he says he is, he is Buckley Bigbucks.
